As women traveling alone, we felt very safe and comfortable at Apartments Maja. the staff was beyond sweet and offered helpful advice on getting to and from Split. the pickup and drop off service was a nice touch. the 2-bedroom space we stayed in was spacious and clean. the view from our terrace was absolutely beautiful. We loved having our own little balcony with sun chairs available. the location of the house was perfect - away from the big corporate hotels and in a peaceful and quiet area. an amazing stay and we highly recommend it!
Felt very welcomed, no complaints whatsoever.

We spent 3 nights here, everything was perfect, would recommend. We had a pleasant stay in Hvar Island adjacent to a quite area, the harbor and centre. Rooms with an extra sofa-bed. Vews over sea.

The location of the apartment was ideal, as it was close to both the port and the city center. it was situated right next to the sea, providing beautiful views from the balcony. the apartment itself was fully furnished and equipped, with a comfortable bed and a well-maintained garden. the hosts were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.
the hosts were kind enough to provide an additional bedroom at no extra cost to compensate for this.

We had a great stay at Apartments Maja in Hvar. Our main purpose was to be close to the center but still have a quiet location, and Maja was perfect for this. We loved eating on the balcony with a bigger table provided, enjoying the view of the sea. The centralized air conditioning was a bonus, as it didn't trigger sinusitis easily. The tidy garden and helpful owner added to the positive experience.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
